We are a specialty pharmaceutical /medical device distributor. We are committed to providing exceptional service and brand awareness to thousands of dental and oral surgery clinics that we serve in Canada. We represent the leading brands in their respective category.

As the Business development Manager for British Columbia you will interact with current clients while prospecting and acquiring new ones.

  • Base Salary = 80K – 100K+

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing customers.
  • Establish relationships with new customers.
  • Effectively develop and manage territory business plans (routing, customer segmentation, etc.)
  • Call all active clients on a pre-determined periodic schedule to address their current needs and to discuss all new offerings and opportunities.
  • All opportunities to be followed up until the conclusion.
  • Manage service levels of all customer accounts (call frequency, business consulting, utilization, etc.)
  • Attend and represent the company at trade shows and other sponsored events.
  • Execute marketing strategies for the product portfolio.
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals and activity targets.
  • Monitor competitive environments and track market requirements relating to the company's product portfolio.
  • Organize and perform product trainings and presentations with professional study clubs and customers, as well as provide representation at professional seminars and trade industry shows.
  • 95% of the time in the field in front of customers.


  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Sales experience in business-to-business environment.
  • Exceptional customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Familiar with mobile CRM system.
  • Organized, self-starter and detail oriented.
  • Works well both independently and within a team environment.
  • Dental or medical device experience preferable.
  • English - excellent speaking and writing is required.
